Bailey Finch ICT Associates.
The Bailey Finch Group has witnessed a new development across each sector in 2011; many clients have shown a greater need for experienced consultants to have some relevant sector understanding of the market and are now moving away from "The Travel Consultant who's never had a Passport". This was GREAT news for 2011 and was a positive welcome return to a client's PSL, so "must have recruitment experience" a wish list made simple.
Well as you may know that we at Bailey Finch Associates are always trying to target the best in the business, so this year we have more great news, Bailey Finch ICT Associates has successfully merged with CTRL Recruitment.
With CTRL Recruitment's Director (Bob Howard) taking over as Head of ICT Recruitment within Bailey Finch Associates. We would all like to welcome them on board and I expect there may well be plenty of Island hopping for 2012.
