Our clients run a fabulous Hotel and Spa, built just two years ago. They are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and committed individual as Sous / Senior Sous CHEF. Deputising to the Head/Executive Chef you will be part of an ambitious team looking to take the cuisine and business forward.
The position would suit someone with quality kitchen management experience, cooking hands on daily for each service and collaborating with the Head Chef on menu design and cost control. Mininum 2AA Rosette experience and high volume experience is essential. All fresh produce menus, focusing on modern British cuisine, catering for fine dining (2 rosette) and conferences and events. There is also a Brasserie kitchen that is separate but will require Sous Chef input from time to time.
