Our client's run a bar and brasserie in Shropshire. Opened recently, it has brought fine dining with a fantastic seletion of wines beers and cocktails to this Shropshire town.
They are currently looking for a Head Chef to take the business forward. With sole responsibility for the kitchen, menu and margins, you will have experience as a Head Chef, or possibly a Sous looking for their first Head position.
