Our clients own a stunning 15 bedroom boutique Shropshire country house hotel with unrivalled views over stunning Shropshire countryside.
Having recently been awarded three AA Rosettes and three AA Red Stars, they are looking for an expectional Chef de Partie to join their kitchen. The kitchen is headed up by an exceptional Head chef whose enthusiasm and originality shine through in a menu that features the very best local ingredients from producers from all over the Shropshire Marches.
You will need to have good quality Rosette or Mitchelin experience at CDP level and a desire to be exceptional.
