Bailey Finch Associates are delighted to assist our client a FTSE 100 company with the role of Management Accountant based in Isleworth
Summary of Role:-
Under direction, performs a variety of professional level accounting duties involved in preparing, maintaining, analysing, verifying and reconciling complex financial transactions, statements, records, and reports. Maintain the accuracy of ledgers and subsidiary financial systems. Assist in the preparation of assigned budgets, annual audit, and year end.
Provide highly responsible staff assistance to assigned management staff.
Requirements
• Month end journals preparation and posting
• Balance sheet account reconciliations
• Review monthly draft Profit and losses
• Coding of overhead batches
• Assist with monthly Group accounts preparation and submission
• Preparation of Half Year / Year End reports
• Budgeting and Forecasting including cash flow
• Supplier rebates/uplift analysis
• Assisting the cashiers department
• Other Group reporting requirements
Skills and Competencies:-
• IT literate (Excel, Word and Standard Accounting Packages)
• Part qualified Accountant ACCA or CIMA or qualified by experience.
• Good communicator both verbally and in writing: within the company including non-finance personnel and external parties
• Good organising and time management skills
• Can-do attitude
• Enjoy working within a team
• Numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail
• Decision-making
• Customer service orientated and will be dealing with internal and external parts of the business
