The role will involve developing business in the local area and establishing yourself in the marketplace. You will managing an existing Team and Branch, will be offered full support and guidance, and a well respected name in the marketplace.
The ideal candidate will either be a Branch Manager already, or you may be a Senior Consultant looking for your first managerial role. You must be pro active, a team leader and a hands on manager, you will be involved in goal setting, coaching and mentoring your team, controlling your P&L ensuring the Branch is in a profitable situation.
