Bailey Finch Recruitment - Hospitality Division

Location: London

Description:

We are currently recruiting chefs to work for a number of well known Restaurants and Hotels across London and looking for CommisChef de PartieSousPastry Chefs with experience in high profile fine dining properties If you are a chef who has real enthusiasm and creativity for food, and who has a great personality and passion for the hospitality industry, we would love to hear from you.

We value our candidates as we know how important they are in helping us deliver great service to our clients.

The assignments can be anything from cooking to multi Rosette standards alongside some higher volume events and conference/banqueting.

The vast majority of our clients use Fresh produce and prepare a significant amount of their food from scratch, so we generally need chefs who have been formally trained and have extensive experience cooking with fresh ingredients.

Our Client Establishments vary from large busy kitchens with over 28 chefs through to smaller operations where the chef may on occasion work with a very compact team.

We are always looking for chefs who are:

  • Hardworking, punctual and reliable chefs with positive attitude and work ethic.
  • Have a relevant level of experience within quality kitchens.
  • Hold either an NVQ level or equivalent qualifications.
  • Chefs that are available to start new work at short notice and can pick up new menus quickly.

So if you have liked what you have read, I would love to hear from you or forward your CV details to Noel Turner-Brooks.
