Job Components:
 
Analysis
•    Conduct research and analysis supporting the clients agenda and to provide content for the client and its partners’ interests. Draft white papers and other documents in support of the objectives and research goals of the client and its partners
•    Support strategy development by helping to identify potential partners and resources for expansion of client partner network and work plan
•    Support client and partners with research and analysis in support of clients research and policy agenda.
•    Provide policy and business analysis regarding UK and European health system structures, funding and priorities.
 
Relationship management
•    Help to solicit and manage partner expectations.
•    Track and manage goals for each partner/partnership.
•    Encourage/facilitate collaboration with and between partners.
•    Engage internal stakeholders.
Operations
•    Help our clients leadership in organising and running partnership programmes, including general partner support, event planning and management, and general project management functions.
•    Prepare meeting materials and manage meeting follow-up.
 
Required Qualifications:
 
•    Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, related field or equivalent work experience
•    Desired degree with focus on international health systems, economics, policy or health services research, Masters  preferred
•    Excellent writing and organisational skills
•    Project management and/or event planning experience a plus
•    Excellent verbal communication skills, strong writing skills
•    Must be able to execute multi-step data management tasks, recognise technical problems and solve problems with no supervision
•    Great ability to be detail-oriented
•    Able to communicate effectively across a variety of technical and non-technical audiences
•    Must be able to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
•    Must be highly motivated and able to work independently, comfortable with ambiguity
•    Able to supervise staff either directly or indirectly
•    Right to work in UK
