Bailey Finch Associates are delighted to assist our client with the role of Project Coordinator.

Are you a subject matter expertise in project management, scope definition, risk identification, methodology and resource allocation or facilitation? Join our client to define scope, performance, results and you may assist management with vendors and service providers to.

It's a plus if you’re working towards certification in project management.

•    You will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects across for our referral GP services
•    Provide project improvements for the service
•    Makes presentations to management on project updates, project cycle, and expected results.
•    Ensuring that projects are completed on time and in scope.
•    Manage vendor and service providers to define project scope and performance expectations.

Experience:-
•    Experience of change programmes
•    Process mapping- eg Visio
•    Competency in Lean or Six Sigma approaches
•    4+ years of project management experience
•    2+ years’ experience with tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions.
•    Must have experience of working in a service type industry
•    NHS experience would be a major asset
•    Basic level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
•    Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
•    Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
