Salary: 20,000 to 25,000 per annum + tips.

Our Client is looking for a Sous Chef to join a brigade within a beautiful Gastro Pub establishment.

We currently have an incredible opportunity to join this wonderful gastro pub. As the Sous Chef for this venue you will have the capacity to manage a brigade of highly trained chef's to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will:

• Have a proven track record as a Junior Sous or as a Sous chef in a Gastro Pub or fine dining kitchen.
• Be passionate about delivering high quality, seasonal food.
• Be able to effectively manage, motivate and lead a team.
• Have the ability to develop a team, enhancing the skill level of the brigade.
• Have exceptionally high standards, and will be a strong support to the Head Chef.
• Be a clear communicator and enjoy being part of a team.
