The successful candidate will:

- Possess excellent communication and leadership skills; you must be able to motivate, lead and develop a team, drive standards and service beyond expectations.
- Have a proven track record in General Management with a focus on business profitability
- Must be able to work to high volume- up to 350 covers per day.
