Our clients run a large chain of Country dining pubs and restaurants. Many in idyllic locations and all beautiful buildings, including their original rustic features and log burning fires. They serve top quality food crafted by passionate chefs, allowing customers to enjoy a sophisticated meal right in the heart of the countryside.
A talented and dynamic Sous Chef is required for a gastro style pub located in Bearstead, Kent.
You will be an experienced Sous chef and have good management skills and be a team player. High volume experience is also essential.
This is an real opportunity for a Chef that thrives on a busy pace and a challenge.
