Our clients run a AA graded 5 Star Restaurant with Rooms with 2 Rosettes on the outskirts of the picturesque market town of Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire.
Providing luxurious accommodation in 6 bedrooms with a fine dining Modern British Restaurant. The bedrooms offer the highest level of comfort with each one being individually interior designed; ideal for a romantic break away.
The Head Chef, creates menus for their 2 Rosette Restaurant with the season, local suppliers and delicious combinations in mind and in his first year with them won The Flavours of Herefordshire Restaurant of The Year in Herefordshire for creative cooking with local food.
They are looking for a creative Sous Chef to join their small tight knit team. You will have experience of working in a Rosette establishment, be willing to "chip in" and help run the show.
