Our client is a lovely country house hotel with restaurant and banqueting facilities located near Ross on Wye.
Currently they are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie would like the chance to join this enthusiastic kitchen team that takes pride in presenting beautiful food. As well as having a small restaurant this hotel is a popular venue for weddings and functions so will have a really good opportunity to use or develop your knowledge and experience. You must have rosette experience.
Free live in, which includes food, is available (if required) for someone who is willing to relocate to take up this opportunity. Own transport would be useful.
