Situated on the edge of Dartmoor, our client's hotel is a beautifully picturesque grade 1 listed house, the perfect luxurious escape.
In the kitchen the Head Chef sources the very best local and regional produce, cooked simply the diverse menu features numerous dishes which are prepared according to traditional English recipes. Offering diners a fine dining menu that is of rosette standard.
Our clients are looking for a pastry chef to begin working with their team. As sole pastry chef you will be resposible for the pastry section. Good pastry experience at rosette level is necessary.
