In the kitchen the Head Chef sources the very best local and regional produce, cooked simply the diverse menu features numerous dishes which are prepared according to traditional English recipes. Offering diners a fine dining menu that is of rosette standard.
Our clients are looking for an experienced chef de partie to join their team. You will have experience at Rosette level and have worked in various section in the kitchen.
