Bailey Finch Associates Recruitment Specialists, have pleasure in assisting our client with the vacancy of Quality Assurance Manager.

The role will involve establishing, providing and maintaining the required QA processes and procedures to support the achievement of business goals and strategies whilst meeting all legal requirements in respect of product quality and due diligence.

Development and maintenance of a Quality Manual to incorporate all Quality based working practices are agreed.
Develop and implement quality management strategy and plans, including resource, systems, timescales, financials, to support, contribute to, and integrate within, the organisation's business plan and long term strategy.
Develop and maintain systems to establish standards relating to activities and products.
Develop and maintain systems to measure performance against established standards.
Develop and instigate an environmental and ethical trading policy.
Monitor performance (in relevant areas) according to agreed standards and take necessary action to communicate/advise/assist according to performance levels.
Monitor, inform, communicate and integrate standards created within internal quality management systems.
Establish and implement necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of quality issues across all departments.
Plan and manage departmental activities in accordance with agreed budgets and timescales.
Liaise and co-operate with quality management and standards bodies
Manage staff according to company standards
Manage departmental performance against agreed targets and budgets, and within policies and standards.
Contribute to executive policy and strategy.

Performs other duties as assigned to meet the business need
