Project Manager

Bailey Finch Associates have pleasure in assisting our client with the role of Project Manager within their carehome business.

What we are looking for:

•    An experienced and dynamic Project Manager with a strong background in supporting home care and supported living services with multiple projects.
•    You will be able to work across the UK and be flexible to the changing needs of the organisation.

You will have experience of:

•    Managing multi-disciplinary projects across multiple sites.
•    Operational service delivery.
•    Supported living and home care markets.
•    Learning disability, mental health and other specialist health needs. 
•    Electronic rostering systems such as StaffPlan, Webroster and CM2000.
•    Using Microsoft Office to a high proficiency for data analysis and creating reports.

Your responsibilities will include:

•    Project leadership and delivery for areas of quality improvement, systems and processes implementation and new business development.
•    Compiling and managing rectification action plans.
•    To assist services that need an Interim Manager.
•    Take action to highlight services where possible prevention in the dip in quality service provision can be identified and rectified.
•    To liaise regularly with the Purchasers' commissioning teams to ensure that the services are being provided in the way intended and to identify any improvements or changes which need to be made to the services in the light of changed circumstances.
•    To develop and evaluate policies and procedures in line with Quality Tools and Health and safety guidelines, and work with other directorates to facilitate this.
•    Supporting the Commercial dept with business development.
•    Relationship management with existing external health & social care partners.
