Bailey Finch Associates are delighted to assist our client with the vacancy of Sous Chef within their business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join an exciting rosette standard establishment.
As Sous Chef you will assist the Head Chef and in their absence be responsible for running the kitchen, rotating around the kitchen where needed, managing staff, GP, menu planning, stock ordering, rotas etc.
To be considered for this job candidates must be:
* Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef within a busy environment
* A strong leader
* Strong business acumen
* Achieve good GP figures
* Be experienced on all sections of the kitchen
* Be team player and hard working with a good working attitude
* Have a strong eye for detail and creative flair
* Be keen to learn and ambitious within your chosen career.
* Be cool under pressure and able to work to tight time frames
