A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sous Chef to join this extremely successful company who provide quality, fresh dishes, a really great working atmosphere and career progression.

We are looking for an Sous Chef who has the ability to hit the ground running and produce top quality dishes consistently.

Duties for the Sous Chef:

- Prepare all dishes to the standard the company expects
- Work closely with the brigade and Head Chef to continuously make improvements
- Ensure presentation, taste and quantities are maintained
- Use correct ingredients to ensure quality and consistency
- Lead, coach and motivate junior members
- Take control of the kitchen and the brigade in Head Chefs absence
- Adhere to the company's policies and procedures

Person:

- Previous experience of working with fresh produce
- Possess a passion and flair for good food
- Be organised and able to manage time effectively
- High volume
- Reactive to kitchens needs
