They serve top quality food crafted by passionate chefs, allowing customers to enjoy a sophisticated meal right in the heart of the countryside.
A talented and dynamic Sous Chef is required for a gastro style pub located in Buckinghamshire.
You will need excellent team management skills and must have a track record of running the kitchen in the Head's absence. High volume experience is also essential.
