Bailey Finch Associates are pleased to assist our client for the role of Regional Learning and Development Manager.
The role will involve designing and delivering training to all levels of the teams. You will provide training on the behaviours required to perform their roles effectively, management on sales competency, product knowledge and customer experience. This role will include on the job training as well as training large groups within a classroom setting.
You must have a minimum of 2 years experience working within a sales environment.
Experience of working across multi sites in a similar type of role.
Ability to write a range of learning material from workbooks to workshops.
An understanding of learning styles.
An understanding of the full training cycle through to measuring ROI
Ideally, Accredited Practitioner in Insights Discovery Wheel Personality Profiling or another Profiling tool.
Qualifications such as Certificate in Training practice (CTP), NVQ level 3 in Direct Training and Support or NVQ Levels 3,4, and 5 in Learning and Development would also be an advantage.
