My client a privately owned group of companies is seeking an HR Advisor to support the HR team and business to provide a full and on-going HR service to the nationwide business, which is a multi-site operation running contracts for companies throughout the UK.
You will have extensive experience as a HR generalist with particular knowledger of employment law. You will give hands on support to the company sites and employees, to ensure best practice is achieved, operated and regulated throughout and on-going.
A fast moving company, and department that is seeking an experienced, CIPD studier or qualified person who will demonstrate a dynamic and successful history to date now seeking a new challenge, working for a HR management team who works in an autonomous way, giving support rather than direction unless required or requested. It is ideal if you can demonstrate anunderstanding of unionised and non-unionised operations.
