My Client is looking for a DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE to join a Great team within a Luxury 5 Star Boutique Hotel within the Sussex area set in a few acres of wonderful glorious Sussex countryside. The Hotel is Luxury Manor House with beautiful vistas, a choice of restaurants.
- 5 days per week, flexible shifts covering breakfast/lunch/dinner service, including weekends.
- Part of team of 12 chefs and 4 kitchen porters.
- See our website for sample menus outlining the range of fresh menu choices you would be preparing across our 3 Rosette Restaurant and 1 Rosette in the Brasserie, banqueting and lounge operation.
