Technical Support Analysts

We are looking for a highly skilled resource who can provide technical support and leadership in the area of Microsoft Active Directory GPOs to provide systems and user management services to Windows workstations and Citrix platforms across our clients enterprise.  Candidate must be a self-motivated individual who has significant experience creating and supporting GPOs in an enterprise environment and who is passionate about Windows management technologies.  Our team provides a wide range of systems and user workspace management services, and will provide ample opportunity for growth and progression for the right individual.

 Primary Responsibilities:

• ·         Process incoming GPO requests. Analyze customer requests and work with stakeholders to determine the best business solution. Document GPO request activities.
• ·         Research GPO technologies and configuration settings in support of GPO requests.
• ·         Create, delete and modify AD GPOs in support of their development, testing, deployment and ongoing operations and maintenance.  Adhere to corporate change management processes for production changes.
• ·         Troubleshoot and resolve reported GPO incidents, perform root cause analysis, and document activities in corporate incident management system.
• ·         Maintain currency in GPO and related Windows management technologies.
• ·         Assist in defining standards, guidelines, best practices and metrics
• ·         Translates complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences.
