Sales Administrator - Spanish

Our client is a well established group of companies, an SME that has been enjoying growth and success since their inception. They are a fast moving customer focussed business and they are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator.

You will be highly experienced in administration. The role and company suits someone who has a good administration background including customer service, chasing orders both internally and externally, be organised to manage the paperwork and processes to ensure deadlines are met. You will have a good academic record and be of a confident character, able to manage the processes, the requirements and the people.

It is essential that you are experienced in administration. You will be a confident communicator and have a clear telephone manner. Good organisation skills to be able to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and to manage and prioritise tasks for yourself team and the business. It is essential that you have first class IT/Computer skills which include Word and Excel. Able to work under pressure and to deadlines. Excellent attention to detail. A good team player who is able to work well within a team. Flexible to assist and support other members of the team or company. You will be a fluent Spanish speaker and be able to converse in a business and working position.
