Electrical Engineer

Electrical Maintenance Engineer:

Dunstable

Pay: £12.33per hour + £1.65ph shift rate (for afternoon shift - 2.00pm and 10.00pm).

Hours: 37.5 per week, rotating shifts - TBC

The Company

A leading food manufacturing company

Our client is looking for a someone who is confident and proactive, with good communication skills. You will need to have achieved the 17th Edition Electrical Wiring Regs qualification, in order to repair broken down equipment and carry out planned and ad-hoc maintenance tasks within the factory. Ideally the person will have an engineering background and worked in a similar environment. you will also need be able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.

On Offer

Pay: £12.33per hour + £1.65ph shift rate

25 days holiday each year, in addition to Bank Holidays. This rises by one day each year, after 5 complete years of service, to a maximum of 27 days each year.

Responsible to and deputise for:   Engineering Manager   Job Purpose:          To repair broken down equipment and carry out planned maintenance tasks within the factory.

Qualifications & Experience

• 17th Edition Electrical Wiring Regs
• Possess engineering background, either mechanical, electrical or chemical or Food industry
